Scott Arnoldy serves as a member of the acquisitions team with responsibilities for sourcing investment opportunities in the Texas markets. Mr. Arnoldy has seven years of real estate industry experience. At Stockbridge, he has contributed to the management of an account requiring complex workout strategies, including analysis of joint venture structures, strategic disposition alternatives, capital allocations and financing arrangements. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Mr. Arnoldy worked for The Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs based in Dallas, Texas, focusing on portfolio management and capital markets activities. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Management from Texas Christian University.
