Matthew McCormick serves as a member of the acquisitions team with responsibilities for sourcing investment opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and Phoenix. He additionally contributes to the firm’s capital markets activities. Mr. McCormick has 12 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate investment banking division where he was responsible for the underwriting and structuring of various credit, tax and accounting-oriented real estate financing transactions. Mr. McCormick received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University and an M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University.
