Matthew Jerry serves as an Asset Manager with responsibilities for assets in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Jerry has nine years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he was with AMB Property Corporation where he was most recently an Asset Manager handling oversight of leasing, management, and financial performance of two portfolios in Minneapolis and Seattle. Formerly, Mr. Jerry worked in the Portfolio Management Group at RREEF on a team managing a separate account with 25 development and value-add projects. Mr. Jerry has also previously worked as an Associate at FleetBoston Financial and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. He holds a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
