Kristin Renaudin is responsible for directing Stockbridge's corporate finance activities and is active in the management of the firm's day-to-day operations. In addition, she is responsible for directing the finance activities of Stockbridge’s opportunity fund business, including acquisition, development and investment expenditures and underwriting, portfolio analysis and liquidity needs. She is also involved in fundraising and client relations for the opportunity fund business, having played a major role in negotiating the spinout transaction for Stockbridge’s first opportunity fund from UBS and the concurrent formation of Stockbridge. Ms. Renaudin has 15 years of real estate industry experience. She joined the founding Stockbridge professionals in 1998 when they were executives in PaineWebber’s Real Estate Group. During her tenure with Stockbridge and PaineWebber, Ms. Renaudin has been involved with the underwriting, evaluation and structuring of numerous real estate acquisitions, and also worked on real estate investment banking transactions for PaineWebber. Ms. Renaudin holds a B.A. in Economics and Biological Anthropology & Anatomy from Duke University.
